As part of our commitment to fostering job-training excellence within our community, we are excited for our Community Outreach Job-Training Services at Therapeutic Rehabilitation Centers to take a more active role in our clients’ current rehabilitation plans. Our re-emerging community access services aim to support individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI), through hands-on job-training experiences and professional networking, while building skills for realistic marketplace opportunities.

Our rehab program provides personalized job-training experiences for individuals with TBI. By participating in real-world environments, clients gain practical skills that enhance their employability within community settings. We believe that meaningful work contributes to overall skill building and well-being post-TBI, and our hands-on approach ensures that clients receive the support they need to thrive.

We actively collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create mutually beneficial opportunities. These partnerships enhance working relationships within our communities for our clients and their teams. By bridging the gap between organizations and individuals with different abilities, we promote inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

Our team facilitates connections between job-training clients and local businesses. We work tirelessly to identify suitable job placements, ensuring a smooth transition from training to potential employment of varying kind. Through personalized and therapeutic interventions, we prepare clients for competitive employment, promoting the skills necessary for greater success and long-term outcomes.

We recognize the importance of Community Outreach involvement. Our clients participate in volunteer activities and job-exposure opportunities, gaining confidence and readiness for potential job placements. By engaging with the community, clients build social connections and develop essential job skills for improved real-life interactions.

  • Skill Development: Engaging in meaningful tasks supports skill development transferable to future employment and fosters a sense of purpose, preparedness, and readiness for the workforce.
  • Inclusion: Including individuals with TBI at varying levels of recovery demonstrates a commitment to community inclusivity and social responsibility.
  • Advocacy: Involvement in Community Outreach Job-Training services increases awareness and further promotes our advocacy efforts for a more inclusive and equitable society for people with TBI and different abilities.
