"The Clinical Team" is a group of highly skilled, experienced trained professionals. Most hold a master's level degree in their respective field of expertise.

The Core Team has worked in Neurorehabilitation together since 1986 and are made up of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and an Educational Coordinator.

These experienced, trained professionals demonstrate not only superior clinical skills, but work with each client individually. The team collaborates and coordinates therapy efforts with the entire rehabilitation team, active case manager, involved physician and interested family.

We invite you to visit and tour our neurorehabilitation center to meet our team of rehab professionals.

The goal of the Vocational Program at Therapeutic Rehabilitation is to prepare clients to participate in supported opportunities or gradually rejoin the competitive workforce. Field Professionals, Trade Specialists and Therapists make sessions far more functional to enable the clients and their overall recovery. Our program offers 3 different locations within the community to foster greater skill learning, expected work behaviors and job skills acquired through training in our motivating Troy center. This interdisciplinary approach leverages the effect that any one discipline could have alone and maximizes the ultimate results. Our Vocational professionals will assess “on-the-job” strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations to the therapy team.

To ensure that Therapeutic Rehabilitation Center is always providing the highest quality of care for our clients, we offer an initial Team Consultation, which enables our experienced treatment team to meet with the client, family and case manager to discuss persisting skill concerns, to review personal and treatment goals and to offer a realistic plan of care, with potential goals and time frames.

In addition, our diverse team of Therapists, Vocational Field Specialists and Clinical Leaders strive to sustain solid communication with our Rehab Medical Director or the clients' PM&R Physician, the team Psychologist or Behavioral Specialist, as well as the actively involved Family, Case Manager, Vocational Counselor, Neuropsychologist and/or Psychiatrist. Our team goal is to closely coordinate all aspects of care and communicate frequently regarding the clients' goals, progress, barriers and accomplishments.
