Community Work Reintegration

At Therapeutic Rehabilitation Centers, we offer individualized vocational training to identify specific job skills, clear vocational goals and clients’ individual vocational needs. Our Occupational Therapist/Vocational Director will complete a comprehensive Community Work Reintegration Assessment to define specific work skills that will incorporate compensatory strategies for successful job placement, monitor placement success and strongly promote the individual client’s strengths and abilities. Based on the outcome of the Community Work Reintegration Assessment, the client is then placed at the appropriate work level. Clinical and vocational teams will provide the supporting clinical documentation and specific work goals formulated as a team on a quarterly basis to the client, physician, case manager, family and rehab advisors, in order to best monitor any needed adjustment to the client’s work environment or training plan.
